What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
We enjoyed just about everything.. The receptionist was most caring, kind and welcoming. The room, with a beautiful balcony, was spacious and spotlessly clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious, with a very varied and fresh choice of food. Checking out was a seamless process with David at the helm. We had a most enjoyable stay in the Strandhill Lodge and Suites and would be delighted to return again sometime.

I love the view and closeness to Strandhill! David is great to work with, as well as his staff. I asked for a sheet and ironing board, and they were both brought to me very quickly. (The weather was very warm, so a sheet was all that was needed on the bed). I have always enjoyed my stays - since 2016!

Having the balcony room is great and the location is very convenient and we could get the S2 bus to Rosses point

The balcony could do with a table. The communal outside furniture could do with a fresh paint and some flower pots and hanging baskets outside the would enhance the property

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It was very clean and quiet. Usually, it takes me quite a while to feel comfortable in a new place, but here it was possible right from the start. This is a very good sign, as I perceive more than just the surface. Thank you so much for offering me a place where I could truly relax and recover. The breakfast provided everything I needed: fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, honey, oat milk – even my favorite teas were available. This allowed me to enjoy long and cozy breakfasts every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the view of the sea was simply breathtaking.

We have stayed in strandhill lodge quite a few times simply because ita very relaxing stay and the service is excellent. I would recommend to anyone

I wanted to stay by Knocknarea and explore the Yeats trail. Strandhill Lodge and Suites was the perfect location. I was surprised how nice our suite was and I loved our views of Strandhill. All the staff was friendly and offered lots of helpful advice about local trips and meals. I am gluten-free and found the continental breakfast to be satisfying with plenty of options, even a toaster. I'm a writer and I had plenty of quiet to work. Also many of the local restaurants were very good. I would happily return!

Mann kann kaum etwas besser machen. Reisetipps von der Rezeption, das Frühstück war so wie beschrieben. Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer. Ruhige Lage. Die empfohlenen Restaurants waren es wert, sie zu besuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Love the breakfast, top mark's on breakfast. Staff are always so pleasant and happy.

We got moved to front room, opened the door and was met by brutal heat which never eased. Closing curtains on hot day's before someone checks in would be nice. No air con either!
